Dr. Cassidy-Huck brings over 25 years experience as a leader in both public and private sector organizations where she was directly responsible for developing and implementing the types of activities identified below. In addition, her dissertation focused on creating high performance organizations. She has been a professor since 1990 and is a published author of numerous articles and chapters in 15 books on topics relating to creating high performance organizations.
Her “whole-brained organizational model,” is based on extensive theoretical and applied research from a number of disciplines. However, the research conducted by Nedd Herrmann, considered to be "The Father of Whole Brain Thinking" has been especially important in the development of the model. This model has been used extensively in organizations to achieve dramatic results. It stresses the importance of developing and integrating all of the elements described below.
