Every organization has a different mission, culture, leadership style and workforce. Thus, rather than advocating "one size fits all" products and services, she works with each client organization to identify clearly their wants, needs and expectations (WNEs). She then designs consulting and/or educational services most suited to the client's organization.
Client Ownership
In order to ensure success, individuals must take ownership of any change process that affects them. Thus, she works with, not for a client, and continuously strives to transfer knowledge and skills to individuals in the client organization as quickly as possible. By advocating this approach, she achieves two things:
- Effectiveness—faster client ownership leading to a higher probability of success for the initiative
- Efficiency—lower cost to the client
Cutting edge/Multidisciplinary
Dr. Cassidy-Huck has over 25 years experience in helping to create high performance organizations. She is a university professor and an active member of several professional organizations. While she continuously draws from cutting-edge multi-disciplinary theories, one of her greatest strengths is to translate those theories into pragmatic, user-friendly applications.
Benchmarking/Lessons Learned
She has extensive experience and expertise in manufacturing, technical, healthcare, service, government, educational, and non-profit organizations, and thererfore is able to share a number of lessons learned. She then helps her client benchmark their organization to other best practices.
